Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our Refund and Returns Policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Downloadable software products

  • Gift cards

  • Health and personal care items

To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your product directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books with visible signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, software, or games that have been opened

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — processing may take some time.

  3. Contact your bank — some institutions have delays before posting refunds.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To exchange an item for the same product, email support@yourdomain.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item.
Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the gift was sent to the buyer first and then given to you, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to:

You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
